Your business is a small UK lead-generation company with an existing website.
The work can focus on one market, one language and one priority service or topic area.
Primelion Digital helps small UK lead-generation businesses decide which pages deserve attention before they spend more time or money on content. We review a focused set of search and business evidence, map search needs to the right pages, and turn the resulting decisions into a practical monthly plan.
Packages start from £500 per month including VAT. The final scope and fee are confirmed after an initial review of your website, goals, available evidence and implementation constraints.

Read our practical SEO content strategy frameworkThe Starter package is designed for a defined problem and a limited group of pages. It is usually a good fit when your business needs clearer priorities rather than a full-site production programme.

The work can focus on one market, one language and one priority service or topic area.

This normally includes Google Search Console and analytics data, together with information about your services, target enquiries and current constraints.

Your team can implement the approved specifications, or you are prepared to commission implementation separately.
If the available evidence is limited, the first cycle can be used to establish what is known and what must be collected next. That does not mean every missing metric blocks the work. It means the limitation is recorded and the page decision is kept proportionate to the evidence. Where a reliable recommendation cannot yet be made, the relevant item is held rather than presented as certain.
The Starter package follows a monthly cycle of research, decisions and specification. The exact mix is agreed before each cycle and can shift as earlier questions are resolved.
The limits below are maximums, not quotas. We do not add unnecessary URLs, queries or competitors simply to reach a number. The monthly scope concentrates on the evidence that is most likely to change a useful page decision.

We confirm the current business goal, target enquiry, priority service and any limits that could affect implementation.

We review up to 30 URLs at an inventory level. Detailed manual analysis is limited to two to five selected pages so that the page-level recommendations remain specific.

We analyse up to 20 priority queries and review up to three relevant organic competitors. The research is used to understand likely intent, page types and important gaps; it does not create an automatic publishing decision.

For the selected pages, we recommend a primary URL and an action: improve, merge, remove, create or hold. The final ownership and page action are confirmed with you before they enter the roadmap.

We place the approved actions in a practical sequence and record important dependencies, such as missing business information, technical access or implementation capacity.

You receive one basic Content Brief for a proposed page or one refresh specification for an existing page. It covers the intended user job, page role, recommended structure, key topics and the expected next step.

We identify useful links within the reviewed page set and explain the intended direction between informational and commercial pages.

We record the observed search signals and, where the available information allows it, manually review qualified contacts. Attribution gaps and other limitations remain visible in the summary.

The monthly package includes one voice or video call and one consolidated revision round for the agreed strategy, recommendations, specification or templates.
Each monthly cycle produces a small set of documents and recorded decisions that your team can use for implementation and review:

These deliverables are recommendations and specifications, not guaranteed performance outcomes. Search and commercial results also depend on implementation, the website, the market and factors outside our control.

Page ownership does not mean that only one URL may ever mention a topic or appear for a related query. It identifies the primary destination for a defined user need. Supporting pages can use the same subject vocabulary when they have a clear secondary role and guide readers towards the appropriate next step.
The Starter package includes a focused version of research, page ownership, planning and specification within the agreed limits. When the website or decision requires greater depth, the engagement can be extended with one or more related services. The written proposal states whether a service is included in the Starter cycle, added to it or commissioned as a separate project.

These related services broaden the available support without changing the ownership of this page. Detailed technical SEO, general SEO audits, website content updates and web development remain separate services and should link to their own primary pages.
The engagement separates analysis, human approval and implementation. This keeps the source of each decision clear and prevents an unconfirmed recommendation from becoming a production task.
Primelion Digital prepares the evidence summary and proposed actions. You confirm the business fit, the priority service, the final page ownership, whether a new URL is justified and whether the roadmap is realistic for your team. Page approval remains a separate decision from accepting the overall strategy.

You confirm the business priority, target enquiry and available implementation capacity. We record the pages, queries and questions included in the cycle.

You provide the agreed access and business context. We examine the selected data, URLs and search results and record any material gaps.

We propose page roles, ownership, actions and internal links for the selected page set. Where the evidence is ambiguous, we state the unresolved question instead of forcing a conclusion.

You review the business fit, page ownership, need for a new URL, final priorities and implementation constraints. Only confirmed decisions move into the roadmap and page specification.

We provide the roadmap and one Content Brief or refresh specification, then discuss them in the monthly call. One consolidated revision round is included.

After implementation, we compare the agreed signals and manually review qualified contacts where possible. The findings inform the next cycle without treating a before-and-after change as proof of causation.
The monthly fee covers strategy, research, recommendations and specifications within the stated limits. The following work is not included unless it appears in a separate written proposal:

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries or revenue. The service provides an evidence-led basis for decisions and a clearer implementation plan.
The appropriate starting point depends on whether you need a one-off diagnosis, a focused monthly decision cycle or a broader strategy project. All prices below include VAT. The final scope and fee are confirmed after an initial review of your website, business goals, available data and implementation constraints.

The following modules can be commissioned when the required work falls outside the agreed Starter limits or is needed as a separate deliverable. Some of these activities are already included in a focused form within the Starter package and are not charged twice. The proposal will state whether a module is additional, replaces part of the monthly scope or forms a separate project.
When the query set is larger than the Starter allowance or requires deeper intent review.
When additional competitors, page formats or result types need detailed comparison.
When a new or expanded topic area needs a hierarchy, supporting content and priorities.
When a broader query set or a larger group of URLs needs an ownership map.
When the business needs a sequenced one-to-three-month publication plan.
When more than the one included Starter brief is approved for production.
When an approved service page or article should be written under a separate production scope.
When reporting and interpretation are required beyond the Starter evidence summary.
These are starting prices, not fixed quotations. The final price depends on the number and type of pages, the size of the evidence set, market coverage, technical complexity, access, specialist input and the required delivery format. No optional module begins without an agreed written scope.
A local UK accounting company needed a new website that could organise its core services around real search demand, support future content growth and generate relevant enquiries.
Prime Lion Digital delivered the complete project. The work included competitor and keyword research, query clustering and intent classification, website and topical architecture, query-to-page mapping, internal-link planning, research-led articles, website development and launch, followed by off-page promotion.
Before development, we studied the competing search landscape across the company’s principal services. Relevant queries were grouped by subject and intent, then assigned to service pages, supporting guides and research articles.
The resulting architecture included dedicated topical coverage for VAT and other accounting services, with a planned relationship between primary commercial pages and supporting informational content. Internal links were designed to help users and search engines move between related questions and the appropriate service.
The website was built around this approved structure and launched at the end of May 2025.

Between 29 May 2025 and 1 August 2026, Google Search Console recorded:
The lead figure varies by month and is based on manual review of relevant website enquiries. It is not calculated by Google Search Console. Organic visibility continued to grow during periods that included several Google core and spam updates.

Google Search Console performance for the United Kingdom, Web Search, 29 May 2025 to 1 August 2026. The click and impression totals include desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
What the evidence demonstrates
The project shows how keyword research, search-intent analysis, page ownership, topical architecture and internal linking can be incorporated into a website before its pages are written and built.
It also demonstrates the distinction between strategy and implementation. The research and content architecture determined what the website needed to contain and how its pages should relate to one another. Development, content production and off-page promotion were delivered as additional parts of the broader project.
This was an integrated custom project combining research, content architecture, website development, content production, internal linking and off-page promotion. The observed growth should not be attributed to content strategy alone. Search performance and enquiry volume may also be affected by implementation timing, market demand, competition and changes to Google’s search systems.
We review search visibility and qualified business outcomes separately. Search metrics help diagnose what users see and do; a qualified enquiry requires a business definition and manual confirmation.
| Diagnostic search and page signals | Qualified business outcome |
|---|---|
| Impressions, clicks, CTR and average position | A genuine enquiry that matches the agreed service and audience |
| Relevant query-to-URL coverage | A completed contact reviewed from website contacts and/or CRM records |
| Internal-link clicks, CTA clicks and form starts | A qualified contact after spam, job enquiries, vendors, duplicates and tests are excluded |

The two groups of signals should be read together. More impressions without relevant clicks can indicate that the page appears for the wrong need or that the search presentation needs review. More form starts without qualified enquiries may point to friction in the form, weak expectation setting or traffic that does not fit the service. These patterns guide investigation; none provides a diagnosis on its own.

The project owner manually reviews website contacts and, where available, CRM records. Attribution may be incomplete, so the monthly summary records the method and its limitations rather than presenting every contact as an organic conversion.

Where the data allows a fair comparison, we use complete 28-day periods with the same Search Console property, search type, country filter, device treatment and URL scope. A 28-day period is the reporting unit for this engagement; it is not a universal minimum and does not remove seasonal or market effects.

Movement after implementation informs the next decision. It is not treated as proof that one recommendation caused the result.
Our educational guide explains how search evidence, Primary User Job, page ownership and qualified enquiries fit together. It is intended for readers who want to understand the method before requesting a service review.
SEO Content Strategy for UK Businesses From Keywords to Real Leads
The Starter package includes a discovery update, triage of up to 30 URLs, detailed review of two to five pages, research covering up to 20 priority queries and three organic competitors, ownership recommendations, a 30-day roadmap, one Content Brief or refresh specification, internal-link recommendations, a monthly evidence summary, one call and one revision round. The monthly mix is agreed before work begins.
No. The package covers strategy, research, recommendations and specifications. Writing, editing, design, development, code, CMS changes and publication require a separate scope and quotation.
It is intended for small UK lead-generation businesses with an existing website, one main market and language, and one priority service or topic area. Complex ecommerce, migrations, multilingual sites and enterprise architectures need a custom review.
We normally need read access to Google Search Console and relevant analytics, together with information about the business goal, target enquiry, priority services and implementation constraints. CRM or contact information is useful when qualified enquiries are reviewed.
The project owner manually classifies website contacts and/or CRM records against the agreed definition. Spam, job applications, vendor approaches, duplicates, tests and irrelevant contacts are excluded. Search and page events remain diagnostic signals rather than qualified conversions.
A custom scope is appropriate when the website, market coverage or delivery requirement falls outside the Starter limits, including large ecommerce catalogues, multi-market structures, migrations, extensive technical work or continuing content production.
