IT Project Manager – Digital Agency (UK, Remote)

You will manage projects from the initial enquiry and requirements stage through to planning, delivery, review and launch. The role requires excellent communication, strong organisation and the ability to keep digital projects moving smoothly.
Role Overview
As an IT Project Manager at Prime Lion Digital, you will act as the main link between clients and the internal delivery team. You will help turn client requirements into clear tasks, manage timelines, monitor progress and ensure each project is delivered to a high professional standard.
This is a flexible, remote position suitable for candidates based in the United Kingdom or able to work within UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage website design and development projects from start to finish
- Communicate with clients to understand project goals and requirements
- Prepare clear project briefs, task lists and delivery plans
- Coordinate designers, developers, SEO specialists and content teams
- Set project timelines and monitor deadlines
- Track progress using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp or similar
- Identify issues early and help resolve project blockers
- Review deliverables before client presentation
- Maintain clear communication between clients and the delivery team
- Support long-term client relationships and business growth
Requirements
- Experience in IT project management, digital project management or a digital agency environment
- Good understanding of website development, UX/UI, SEO, branding and ecommerce projects
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Confident working with remote teams and online collaboration tools
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Based in the UK or available to work within the UK time zone
Nice to Have
- Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, Drupal or similar CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO project workflows

Working Structure
